DESIGN OF A BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (BMS) TO BE IMPLEMENTED INTO THE BIM MODEL OF BUILDING 15 – ABC DEPARTMENT
The research project has the aim of defining a method for optimising the management of the property portfolio, based on the forecast calculations of building use models, to be applied to cleaning contracts and the management of the spaces. An initial phase of the project involved the modelling of the pilot building and the definition of dedicated guidelines, followed by the installation of sensors to monitor the departmental spaces, and an analysis of the contractual models of management. The next phase will involve an analysis of the data from the sensors and the definition of the Post-Occupancy Evaluation to support the optimisation of the management.
