DEFINITIVE DESIGN FOR THE RESTORATION AND REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT FOR THE IPSAR COSTA SMERALDA SCHOOL IN ARZACHENA
This research project involved the drafting of a design for the restoration of the spaces intended for the boarding school of the Istituto Alberghiero in Arzachena, in terms of distribution as well as plant and structure. The project was designed using a BIM model to facilitate the evaluation of design alternatives and coordination between disciplines.
In addition to the definition of the project, in collaboration with the contracting authority, the technical offer criteria were defined for the evaluation of the offers using the O.E.P.V. (most economically advantageous offer) principle.
