The Laboratory of Evaluation and Appraisal presents itself as a place of research, consultancy and training in the context of the typical processes of the property cycle, with a particular focus on the evaluation on assets, projects and resources.
Created within the ABC Department, the laboratory actively involves full and adjunct professors of Appraisal (ICAR/22) from the Departments of Architecture and Urban Studies (DAStU), Architecture, Built Environment and Construction Engineering (DABC) and of Architecture and Civil and Environmental Engineering (DICA) at the Politecnico di Milano, in addition to temporary research fellows, PhD students and trainees. There is also collaboration with full professors from other universities, who contribute to the activities of research, consultancy and training on the basis of their specialist expertise.
