Real Estate Center

The REC Lab comes from a twenty-year tradition in continuity with the Gesti.Tec. Laboratory, carrying out research, training and consultancy activities dealing with processes which characterize of the real estate sector (Facility, Property and Asset Management) and the valorisation and reuse of real estate assets. It is the joining path of the different facets of the real estate sector, a driver of innovation on the national and international stage, a district for the valorisation of Real Estate and an incubator of innovation for the sector, thanks to its sound network of stakeholders and its long tradition in research and training.
REC Lab is the scientific promoter of observatories, Specializing Masters such as the Real Estate Master (REM) which has been running since 1997, executive training courses, conventions, exhibitions and conferences with the participation of operators of the real estate sector.
REC carries out research and scientific consultancy activities for the main players in real estate, institutional bodies, public administration, service companies, private and social enterprise, credit institutions, banking and community foundations, cooperative world and generally bodies responsible for managing real estate assets.

Management and enhancement of social impact construction

Enhancement and management of property assets dedicated to welfare services and other social impact activities such as social housing, co-living and co-working.

Facility management

Consultancy and technical support relating to the management and maintenance of properties, with a focus on security and automation systems.

Building audits

Analysis of the property from a technical and economic quality perspective and that of environmental sustainability, in addition to surveys/reviews and checks of the accuracy or property surveys.

Enhancement of property assets

Technical and economical evaluations of buildings/property assets, technical advice and analysis of the economic/financial feasibility of improvement works, and development of property assets, analysis of the performance of assets within property portfolios with the identification and management of non-performing loans and risk analysis of the credit exposures guaranteed by properties.

Property market analysis

Research and analysis of the property market, residential or otherwise, for public and private clients.

Green Building Rating Systems

Research, consultancy and technical support relating to multi-criteria building evaluation/certification systems. Definition/adaptation of specific criteria within the green building rating systems for local settings. Development of dedicated systems on the basis of specific building needs and/or types.
